Please kindly allow 24 hours from placing your order for it to be dispatched from our Intermarket. Please note that orders placed on weekends and holidays will be processed the following business day. During peak seasons, processing and shipping times may be slightly longer.
All orders may be collected from Intermarket once paid in full and ready to be dispatched.
Please only collect your order once we have confirmed that your order has been packed and is ready for collection.
Shipping rates and timeframes vary based on your location, the size and weight of your order, and the shipping option you choose. We will provide you with the estimated shipping cost at the time of checkout. Should you require a transport quote for your order, please contact us.
Standard delivery can take anywhere between 1-3 business days depending on where you are based in South Africa.
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@intermarket.co.za. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you have received the wrong item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved and whether a refund has been accepted. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.
